Separation Pay and Deductions
So, what could be an underlying reason that when a separation pay is given you see a deduction of services acquired from a third party that your employer has no written or any agreement with of any kind? -- Hmmmmm, very interesting.
Kind of late though to complain especially if a "quit claim" had been signed in good faith. Wait a minute! can a quit claim be null and void under a reason of misleading explanation?.
