Today

Good day!. If experience can only be gained through time, does knowledge constitute the same?.

Going to the other side of the fence, knowledge is experience and experience is knowledge -- basically I don't see it that way. From what I learned, more knowledge will surely not make you more experienced. Gained knowledge not time tested is like a newly designed aircraft, theoretically sound to fly but not fully tested through to take on all challenges that time can only tell.

Now don't get me wrong, I'm not old for sure. what I'm saying is I encounter more often people who thinks they are better than the rest just because they have more knowledge. I will still put my money on a well rounded experienced person...

From a Mandatory Leave

A one week vacation at home is an eye opener to another side of life. I work eight hours a day (basically I always extend my stay) at the office. I found out that no day goes by during my vacation that I don't think of the office. Can I consider this an addiction or just a habit of my daily routine?. Anyway vacation is also work in itself, especially if you have the funds to for it -- but this is a different story. I tried doing something productive, say polishing my programming skills to no avail. Whenever I tried to do something productive I just get myself dragging my feet to move-move-move.... I end up either playing computer games or watching TV.

Staying at home and doing house work is a totally different ballgame and it's not as easy as it looks.
